This is our first product in the series of freeze dryers. We call it the Freeze Dryer LIO-10FP.
Our second, and a bit bigger machine is LIO-20FP – link to machine.
Its main advantages are high-quality outcome and it is simple to use, at the same time. That is Why it can be used for professional commercial use, as for home use at the same time. A simple use is partly achieved with the Freeze Dryer LIO-10FP interface. It is connected to a web page, on which you can monitor the process of freeze-drying.
We worked hard to achieve that the only thing that our process takes out of food is moisture. Freeze Dried food stays colorful and attractive. Our LIO-10FP freeze dryer is keeping the all-natural aroma taste, and natural appearance.
The Machine’s external dimensions are 895 x 670 x 470 mm. The mass of the freeze dryer is 105kg.
The main body of the device is made from black powder-coated steel plates. Doors are made of a fully transparent surface, with single-handed closing.
It has a maximum ice condenser capacity of 10 kilos.
The temperature of the ice condenser is minus 45 degrees and ice made in process defrosts in 10 minutes.
Freeze-dryer has five shelves with automatic heating. There is space for trays in dimensions: 325 x 530 mm. So the total shelf surface is 0,86 m2.
Cooling is provided with a single hermetic compressor system.
